Wow. What a year it's been.

Many tears.

Many laughs.

New memories that won't be soon forgotten.

Newfound friends.

New cities explored.

New mountains climbed–metaphorical and not.

It's been a rollercoaster of a year and I'm definitely not the same person I was a year ago.

But I wouldn't have it any other way.

Life happens.

So to wrap up the year, here are some of my favorites.

Some of my favorite pictures featuring some of my favorite people and places.

Some of my favorite tunes.

And some of my favorite words.

If I like a moment, I mean me personally, I don’t like to have the distraction of the camera. I just want to stay in it.

— The Secret Life of Walter Mitty

This year, I learned the power of the iPhone camera.

In fact, I'm a little embarrassed as to how little I actually used my DSLR. I found my phone constantly out of storage because of an ungodly amount of photos.

With the help of VSCOcam, a lot of my favorite photos I took this year were actually taken on my iPhone.

For me, adventure is when everything goes wrong. That’s when adventure starts.

— 180º South

Don’t ask yourself what the world needs. Ask yourself what makes you come alive, and go do that, because the world needs people to come alive.

— John Elderige

You know where I want to be right now? Right here. Not in the future. Not in the past. Living in the moment.

Of all the paths you take in life, make sure a few of them are dirt.

— John Muir

I can't wait

To see where 2015 takes me.

To travel new roads.

To climb new mountains.

To make new memories.

Don't worry, I'll be taking pictures the whole way.

See you then.

Thanks to everyone that has joined me on my journey this past year.

Thanks Zane. Thanks Kerry. Thanks Steven. Thanks Ben.
